Grey squirrels occupy much of the woodland, urban parks and gardens of mainland UK. 

 

The main threat from squirrels to both residential and commercial properties are that they enter roof spaces and chew woodwork, strip insulation from wiring which is a major cause of house fires plus they can drown in open water tanks causing contamination.
